REFERRAL PROGRAM
Our referral program allows our families to earn credits on future semesters when they encourage their friends and families to sign up. Share your referral code, and when a new family uses that code to register for our program, you will receive a $25 credit on your account that will appear the next time you enroll with us, and the new family will receive a $25 discount when they go to check out. You can share your referral code as often as you like, and if used enough times, it's certainly possible to generate enough credits to pay for your entire semester!
FAQs
1. I signed up already, and my friend just used my code. Can I get a refund of $25 instead of the $25 credit to my account?
Unfortunately not. One of the benefits of our referral system is that our back office system manages the discounts and credits on its own, and the credits and discounts are issued immediately without any management required from us. Refunds require us to send back the money via our payment system, we are charged a fee for each one, and we simply don't have the staff required to manage every aspect of this referral system manually.
2. During a previous semester, I referred a friend, and they signed up. Can I get the credit now?
Regrettably, no. What makes this referral system work is the fact it doesn't need to be closely managed on our end, as the system distributes the credits and discounts without needing close oversight from us. Of course, if you feel the system has missed a credit you feel you are owed, we can look into it, but we are unable to go back before today's date and determine which accounts should and shouldn't be credited. Thanks for understanding.
3. Are credits transferable?
No, they are not. If you'd like to gift your credits to someone, we recommend using them to purchase a gift certificate.
4. How do I find my referral code?
On our website, go to Enrolled Families > My Account.
You will be asked to log into your account, which you will then do.
You'll find your referral code at the bottom of the page:
If you share the link, the new family will be taken to our Classes page where they can pick the class of their choice. When they get to the checkout page, they'll find the $25 discount already applied. Alternatively, they can paste your code into the coupon/referral code field upon checkout. After that, a credit of $25 will be added to your account and will be automatically applied the next time you register for a class. It's that easy!
